Deals: I’m always excited to check out the deals of Ensogo. Most of the vouchers offered are actually useable in everyday life. Not too much Spa, facial or other deals that are not that interesting. In some way, I think they are catering to the masses.
For example, they offered the Chook’s to go deal wherein you only have to pay Php210 for 2 supersized chickens. That was really a blockbuster! They also offer premium deals like the Bellevue Buffet (php 650 from Php1307) which I purchased and immensely enjoyed.
Payment: I used Paypal to pay for my purchases (I bought 4 already). It’s super easy and the vouchers get delivered right away. There are other payment options such as credit card, pesopay or you can drop by their office to pay in cash.
Support: I would have given Ensogo a 5-star rating, but due to bad support I’ve decided to give them 4.5 (I would have given them a 3 if they didn’t take action).
They have a phone number but asked me to e-mail them instead. Weird.
March 9: Contacted Ensogo through their contact form.
March 9: They asked me to forward my referral’s name and e-mail. I replied with the needed details.
March 13: I inquired about the status of my ticket
March 14: Got this reply. “Good day. Kindly wait for your credits.”
Waited for the credits to reflect.
March 25: Still no credits. E-mailed support again and never got a reply.
I received my Php300 Ensogo credits before April, thank goodness!

Ensogo has the worst customer service. I bought the Dezato deal, only to find out that Ensogo posts 10 hours after I bought the deal that the deal doesn’t include Mochis. Well, I wanted this deal for the mochis. People beware of Ensogo, if you check out their fanpage on Facebook, you will find out about all the complaints and misleading advertisements of this scam group buying website. I’m personally happy with the vouchers that I bought from this site. I guess I just have to careful the next time I buy from them.
They charged me P999 for something I did not buy. When I complained, they said they’ll look into it, but after 3 weeks, no response at all.
I’ve dealt with Dealgrocer and Metrodeal, and they promptly refund directly when overcharged. Ensogo is an unsecure trap. Sad that I’m not the only one.

I purchased a voucher from them and all of the sudden after I confirmed my payment and upon “receiving” the said voucher via email, they cannot be contacted anymore!!!! and pooff..the voucher cannot be printed also..its been 3 days so to speak after that purchase. Now its creeping back to me that they might be a scam..
I am now looking for alternate contact numbers, and it only drew me to “unpleasant” feedback on how bad their customer service is…

I tried it for the first time and bought their seasons buffet for 24 pax. There was a problem with their system and I ended up paying for 72 vouchers instead. I tried writing them an email explaining that I only needed 24 vouchers but got a reply that they will get back to me no more than 72 hours. After 72 hours with no reply I send another email and immediately received a reply with the exact wording from their first email of a response not later than 72 hours. It must be an automatic system reply. Six days later still no reply and none of their phones work. Its really frustrating.
Does any of you know how to get in touch with them? Any help is much appreciated.

ENSOGO IS SUCH A SCAM. They offered an apology on their FB page but the gist is they are blaming customers for not understanding the deals. They blocked me 3x already from their fb page but have yet given me my refund for the Pisobid fiasco. also was avictim of the Fila deal. I actually experienced the worst problem with Ensogo! I purchased 3 months ago 10 vouchers ofHongkong travel package, http://www.ensogo.com.ph/manila/kingstrar-travel-hk-13588.html. Upon payment, I informed them right away of my family’s preferred travel dates, with additional arrangements such as 1 day extension of stay SINCE WE WANT TO MAXIMIZE OUR TRIP there – plus Disney tour, thus I was asked to pay additional of P43,000. When I called and emailed them to give them our preferred travel arrangements, they gave me the assurance that everything was ironed out already and all I have to do is to wait for our e-tickets which will be issued 3 WEEKS BEFORE departure date. Our Travel date is Dec 2-5> Here is the itinerary they sent me:

We will get back to you immediately once we have an update regarding your e-ticket. As mentioned on our previous e-mail, we will e-mail the e-ticket within the week. We already made the follow up and we are just waiting for their reply.”

Until its already 1 WEEK to go before our LONG PLANNED TRIP I became very upset already and really never stopped making follow ups and calls in their office and hardly reached them so I made a research and was able to get the number of a certain Jan Franco – one of their marketing executives and I figured, she will definitely take my call coz I might be a prospective client/merchant for Ensogo who would want to avail of their service. True enough, my call was answered in almost an instant and I told her my problem and she was able to direct me to the person whom I really need to talk to to address my problem. It’s already Nov 25, Friday 4pm when I got this email from them:
“We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused you. We regret to inform you that Hongkong Express cancelled their flight for Manila to Hong Kong UO714/0755/1000 (8:00AM – 10:00AM), and was moved to 1840H(6:40pm). Your return flight to manila remains the same. Your disneyland tour will be move on 2nd day instead of day 1. Please advise.

SERIOUSLY? 1 WEEK BEFORE OUR LONG PLANNED TRIP? We are 10 that were supposed to make the trip and how in the hell are we going to find alternative option in a span of 1 WEEK? They want us to settle with the change in flight schedule wheerein we were supposed to be scheduled to leave 8 in MORNING of DEC 2, but instead they are saying that our flight is MOVED to 6:40 in the EVENING. So the point of our extension of stay becomes USELESS if we would accept this. TAKE NOTE THAT WE EVEN PAID FOR ADDITIONAL EXTENSION OF STAY JUST TO MAXIMIZE OUR TRIP. What made everything worst is that they just advised us the said changes 1 WEEK prior to our trip. HOW IS THAT FOR RUINING OUR LONG PLANNED VACATION?! Not to mention the dissapointment of my family, my kids in particular. Our family has decided to demand for a FULL REFUND and we are considering filing necessary charges against this VERY IRRESPONSIBLE GROUP BUYING SITE NAMED ENSOGO.

Looks like Ensogo’s flooded with complaints. I, too, am having problems with this site. I bought two vouchers of Ottoman last year (November 2011). When I called up the store to schedule the pick-up they told me that I was not on the list provided by Ensogo. I emailed, left fb comments, tried calling them up for the nth time but to no avail. It’s good that i have all the documents, deposit slip, print out of their vouchers and the email they sent to me as confirmation. I don’t know where to file a legal complaint. If there’s more than a handful of customers being scammed I think it’s about time we take some actions.

I am so frustrated!! This is not my first time to buy vouchers at ensogo but i never thought it will become a nightmare! i pay the vouchers using my cc.. First incident, it had a message saying that my payment did not went through and i can cancel my request.. So i cancelled it. . After a few days, i tried to buy again.. I did the transaction twice but both also failed.. And then that same day i called my bank and i’ve found out that i have been charged for those transactions.. I called ensogo, i emailed them but these people really won’t resolve their issues.. I am planning to file a complaint to dti.. I just want to have my money back that

The Mongkok promo is in 3 branches, all of which are out of the way for us, but I really wanted to try Mongkok dimsum so I planned on claiming the voucher last last weekend when we went to Ambeth Ocampo’s Queridas ni Rizal lecture in Makati. Unfortunately, their Glorietta branch was already fully booked according to the girl who answered my phone call when I tried to place a reservation.
I didn’t want to risk dining at their Robinson’s Galleria branch because of a negative post I read online. In that complaint, the customer was not faultless but the staff handled the situation poorly in what appeared to be a stand-off (“patigasan”) with the customer, when the staff could have easily given way and prevented all that drama.
I tried placing a reservation again last weekend, this time in their Mall of Asia (MoA) branch since I would be going to MoA to attend a book fair the following weekend. I called their MoA branch again and again to place my reservation, but noone answered the phone even during closing time. I decided to just try a walk-in during off-peak hours.
Our experience was terrible. We ended up walking all over MoA trying to find Mongkok! We thought we were just misreading the mall directory because we couldn’t find the resto. After giving up on the map, we asked a mall guard. He consulted his booklet which showed a different location for Mongkok. We went there and again walked all over the area but still couldn’t find Mongkok. We asked another guard who pointed towards another location. Mongkok wasn’t there either. We were already going mad due to extreme exhaustion and hunger so we asked another guard. Of the three guards, he was the only one who sounded like he actually knew what he was talking about. He explained to us that Mongkok MoA was under renovation and would reopen in December. So we just wasted two hours! Such a hassle!

AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL SERVICE. Ordered animal hoodies for my daughter. Pick-up dates were given starting from Apr.2 to sometime in June. I called for pick-up confirmation on Apr. 4 – HALA, no stocks na raw. I wondered why when everything is supposed to be ordered in advanced so that you are assured of stock availability during pick-up time. Since it was right before Holy Week, they said that they will let me know right after Holy Week of stock availability. A girl named Acki gave me her word that she would call me to tell me when they will available since SUPPOSEDLY they were in direct contact with the supplier. Apr. 10 came and gone no call came. I was the one who had to make the call. And again, Acki promised to call me WITHIN THE DAY to update me about stock availability. As expected, no call came. From that day onwards, I kept on calling the WHOLE DAY to follow up but NO ONE picks up their phone. Out of exasperation, I had a messenger go to them to pick up my order. When he arrived, he was told that there was still no stock available. I told them I would report them to my friends from a tv network. They said they would have my orders delivered TODAY (Apr. 14). NOTHING arrived. And so I am placing that call to my friend now.
Metrodeal deals with their clients much better. Bought several times from them and it was ALWAYS a good deal. Beware of Ensogo.
I don’t think going to dti will help. NBI or media will do justice. Just a thought, maybe, they are starting to kill ensogoand transfer accounts to metrodeal since theformer is garnering too many complaints already. Will helpwith the media.
Hi, i bought a voucher for a digital wrist blood monitor on April 20 but the voucher was never sent to me. I sent an email query regarding this twice but there was no reply. I kept on calling the customer service for more than two weeks now but nobody is answering the phone.
I received my credit bill today and i was already charged for the purchase.

I’ve just started hearing all these complaints about Ensogo. I bought a couple of items from them and okay naman. The latest purchase I made was for 2 Photobook vouchers. 3 weeks na since I made the purchase and cannot use the vouchers. Sabi sa checkout page ng Photobook, the vouchers are not valid daw. I sent them numerous emails and tried their support line pero lagi naman wala daw available reps to answer the call.
nag availd aq ng wizzit hair remover last month.. nadeliver na nila at puro gasgas at hnd pa nag turn-on, wlang sumasagot sa email ko at call, pti pag post ko sa fb nila dedma. hay first time ko pa nmn umorder sknla.
I availed wizzit, the first item to reach my home is a defective unit and then, I sent them my complains but then the second unit is still defective. The packaging is much better compared to the first one, that’s what I noticed. Aside from that, they delivered the wizzit to me very late.
Another disappointment is that I want to inquire for ETA of my next orders (Portable Iron, Star Lamp, Balloon Speakers and Nomadnine Mini Cam), I called their hotline, I hung the phone on my ear cause the machine is telling me that I am the 20th caller and I should wait for 20 mins. She is updating me every minute, 19th min., 18th min., 17th min., 16th min., and so on and so forth… then the last minute, the machine is telling me that my call is now the priority, I waited for a minute but then the machine is telling me now that there are no customer service representatives available.. my ear hurts waiting for the said representative.
I called JAM global the partner of Ensogo for their delivery, they said my name was not listed to the receiver of wizzit. I ordered it last April 25, I contact ensogo today, I am still waiting for their response. This is a very bad experience.

I’m horrified at all the bad reviews I’m reading about Ensogo because personally my experiences with Ensogo have been good. Like others, I bought Wizzit and received it on time – a Friday I think. Over the weekend I received a message advising me that they will replace the unit I received. I haven’t opened it so I was surprised in a good way that they were so proactive. I didn’t get the replacement unit after 2 weeks I think since I got the sms but since I was busy with work, it didn’t really bother me. I’ve ordered other items for delivery too like the mop – it was 3M I think. Ridiculous right? But I bought that for my mom and the listing price was lower than its retail price. I got it within the same week of the start of its promised delivery date. I also got the Soleus/Solus (?) watch. No problems there either. The only semi-hiccup I had with them was the Armor A80 1TB harddisk. Delivery was supposed to begin on June 11 but until last week I haven’t received it and I’m in dire need of an HD to transfer my files asap. So I sent them an email last week asking when I would receive it and I attached my voucher as proof of purchase. I didn’t get a reply but yesterday I received my Armor A80! It’s the rugged type of HD so it can supposedly withstand drops and even water. The drive was shipped with no bubblewrap or any protective material other than its flimsy box and cling wrap type of seal. I know it’s a drive that can be roughed up but I would have appreciated a better packaged drive – I mean why test fate right? Still the drive was a good deal, is working pretty well and received within their promised delivery period. Overall I would still buy from Ensogo and I would recommend them. I haven’t bought any travel deals from them yet though. I sincerely hope that those of you with pending disputes with Ensogo have your issues resolved soon. And for those contemplating on whether to buy from Ensogo or not, I would suggest prudence and common sense. The tip about using Paypal is very true. Between a credit card payment and Paypal, pick Paypal. Call the merchant directly before buying to clarify any questions you may have. Ensogo, like other group buying sites are just middlemen, they can’t confirm the quality or quantity of a particular service or good – lalo na for deals like IPLs, facials and even contacts. If you have a hard time contacting the merchant, that should be a red flag. Go beyond the usual online reviews. If you can’t find any reviews on the product and/or can’t contact the merchant but you still want the item, make sure the amount of the item will not cause you to lose sleep in the event that you don’t get your item or the item does not live up to expectations. All online transactions carry a certain risk, which is the case for retail purchases as well.
I just ordered the Android 4.0 Tablet PC. I sent them a message asking them to explain to me further the process of purchasing and payment. I didn’t receive a reply. I decided to try purchasing the said product/voucher. But after reading the reviews posted here, I got scared. I just hope it will not happen to me.

i want a refund kasi ung clinic was always full or busy ung line walang sumasagot. then 1 month continuous ako nag eemail wala nag rereply bakit pumanget na ang service ng ensogo

Ensogo:
(1) NEVER replies to a customer email!
(2) No tracking of purchases made!
(3) From 2 orders, 1 got delivered after several emails (no responses from them though) the other one should have been delivered August 13th (purchase made May 23rd and credit card already paid) and still no item until today August 28th.
(4) Does not care about the client.
(5) Surprisingly, after purchase, no more newsletter being received. Normally, the more a person buys your product, the more you want to send them your newsletter to offer other products to have repeat clients. And no, it’s not in my spam messages.
Recommendation:
DO NOT BUY FROM ENSOGO (a.k.a. LIVING ASIA). I’m posting this so you won’t encounter the same problem ever! Hoping a complaint from their payment gateway partners will help them think things over.

i just purchased now the movement dance studio for 2 vouchers worth 3000 pesos.it was stated there payment was succesful.when i checked my vouchers in my ensogo account,they are asking me already to cancel and try to buy again because my credit card was not successful.is is true?i purchased at metrodeal yesterday but i never had a problem with credit card payment.i guessed,ensogo should update this matter regarding credit card payment.if i cant use my vouchers,they should pay for me no matter what.
It sucks buying in ensogo.. I bought a vacuum bag because I need to have a compressor of my clothes. I paid thru credit card and chose to deliver the item to my office address. The system said that there will be a voucher to appear in my account but instead of that,a status msg appeared. well it doesn’t matter for me.. but the thing is, I waited for so long to receive the item but it is not here yet.
Ensogo sucks my mom bought me a knife set from that site and until now it hasn’t arrived…. We Emailed the site or the support team and THEY NEVER REPLIED EVEN ONCE!!!!!!!!

Buying your items at a cheaper price is always good, especially for consumers. Unfortunately I had a very bad experience and I think I am not the only one who also encountered the same inconvenience.
1.) Most of Ensogo’s items are not in stock. I recently bought Xbox kit, Water dispenser and Wireless mouse. I came all the way from Manila and I tried dialing the “call to reserve” number on the voucher but it is ALWAYS busy. When i came to their office before the last day of redemption I was just advised to try and call next week!
2.) The queue is excruciatingly a waste of your effort and time! When you arrive at Ensogo office I think you will have to fall in line and be the 100th+ customer who will redeem an item. That’s based on my almost 10 instances of personal experience going to take you approximately and up to 2 hours of waiting time. Please change your way of accommodation! If your business is growing bigger and your customer base keeps on increasing, you might as well consider adjusting to that, not US CUSTOMERS will have to ADJUST for YOUR stupidity. Yes, you have list of “NOT AVAILABLE” products posted but how come it is not updated? You still get plenty of angry customers.
3.) Location of your office is inside a “TOW AWAY ZONE” building. At least please warn your customers outside the building or on your voucher or website that parking in front of W building will cause traffic marshals in BGC to tow your car/ vehicles. This ordinance, was just implemented last July 12, 2012, but I think marshals are more than happy and excited to tow your vehicles, warning – your badges will not be honored. I even saw Senator Honasan complaining at their headquarters, again, nothing can stop them from asking you to pay 1,800 pesos for towing fee. I only bought 6 packs of Selecta milk worth 220 pesos then now I would have to pay 1,800 for towing plus my commute expenses.
TAKE THIS AS A WARNING FOR YOUR STUPID CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY.
IT SEEMS THAT FEWER AND FEWER PEOPLE ARE BUYING YOUR PRODUCTS.
THAT IS, BECAUSE THE MONEY THEY SAVED IS NOT WORTH ANYTHING COMPARED TO THE PRECIOUS TIME WASTED, INCONVENIENCE IN TRANSPORTATION AND UNAVAILABILITY OF STOCKS.

I just bought a deal with them today, after reading all your comments here i was skeptical, so I asked my sister first to call the merchant and they said yes it is valid till the date published. i used my cc and it’s fine, also i received the 9 vouchers less than 5 mins… I hope that it was like that because they are trying to improve their customer service.

I purchased HP Flash Drive 8GB last August but until now the flash drive is still not delivered. We tried calling the hotline but no one is answering. I also email ensogo support but until now, no updates. If we will not get any response from ensogo next week, we will cancel the purchase.
If this is how you do business, then customers will surely remember you. Not because of a good feedback but poor service.
I have also ordered a 16GB HP USB. But until now, it is not yet delivered! I need the USB so badly…
