Deals: CashCashPinoy is definitely my favorite group buying site. I think i have bought over 10 vouchers from them (mostly food related). My favorite purchases are vouchers for John and Yoko, Claw Daddy, Marciano’s and Serye. I love dining out and I have saved at least Php5000 just by availing of the dicount offers made available by CashCashPinoy! If you want to try a new place to eat out, just check their deals. I would have never tasted the amazing food from Marciano’s if I haven’t bought the vouchers.
Aside from the food and dining deals, they offer great travel and gadget deals. Even if I don’t have enough time, I still make it a point to go to CashCashPinoy’s site everyday.
Payment: I always use my Paypal account to purchase my vouchers. You don’t have to worry if you don’t have an account. You can pay through various payment methods: credit card, over the counter deposit, gcash and lbc. You can even go to a nearby 7-11 and pay there.
Support: I haven’t tried contacting CashCashPinoy for anything. I’ve never had bad experiences with the company. Just to test it out, I will e-mail them and update this post.

I’m really disappointed with Cashcashpinoy. They falsely advertised one of their deals and when this was brought to my attention, I demanded a refund and they won’t give me anything. They even blocked me from their Facebook page! Nakakainit ng ulo talaga. I also had that worst experience with Cashcashpinoy. Last November 25, 2011 I purchased a Bravia Platinum Mini Speaker from them. This is supposedly a xmas gift for a friend but until now I haven’t received it yet. I sent them e-mails and even posted comments at their FB account but all I got were lame excuses.I even asked them for the name of their courier so I could track it myself but they wont also disclose the info. These scammers should really be held accountable for all the deceptions they make to their consumers.
I bought one from cashcashpinoy… so far ok naman hintay ko na lang ang product… tingnan natin kung ok ba o hindi… no hassle kasi me option ng paypal

I ordered from CashCashPinoy two (02) pieces of Heated Eyelash Curler last November 23, 2011 with free delivery between Dec. 6 -16, 2011. I went to their office personally because you couldn’t contact them through phone and you could only contact them via email. They give us their generic reply indicating that someone will contact you in 48 hours but nobody did. I contacted them via email several times but no reply. When I sent them a strong email saying that I will have my lawyers contact them. I immediately received a reply via email saying that my order is in the process of delivery. Only one (01) item was delivered to me December 26, 2011 (more than one month after). I called their courier because they had sent the contact numbers for us to call. According to the courier, they contact CashCashPinoy via email (the ONLY way to contact them, which takes them forever to reply) and they will get back to me as soon CashCashPinoy replies. I paid for two (02) items and they only delivered one (01)! It’s a good thing that I decided not to purchase coupons for a trip out of the country. I only bought small pieces to see if they are dependable. But you be the judge. Please be aware.
I had the same experience with you, I purchased alst Nov 29, Led Lights, they only delivered 4 sets when I ordered 8 sets.. And since the delivery, I have been contacting them through email and all I got was the reply that I wait.. Until now, I still have not gotten my refund!!

This is true… they don’t give replies for complaints. they charged my 2 credit cards for my purchase of Velform Power Comb. but they cancelled the vouchers. now, I have to pay for the 3 purchases I made, but don’t get to download the vouchers. I WILL TELL MY FRIENDS NOT TO PURCHASE FORM THIS SITE!!
I too am very disappointed with them considering I have purchased many vouchers from them (mostly food). This is my first time to purchase something that needs to be delivered but unfortunately they screwed up big time on this. Their customer support sucks! They even blocked me from their FB account because I have been complaining constantly for a refund. If someone here knows somebody from the media maybe they can feature them as scammers. I also suggest that you report them online to DTI, just attach the voucher from your email as proof of your purchase. Hopefully in this way, we can put a stop to their scams.

Personally, I had a lot of issues redeeming my vouchers with them.
First of all, when I purchased 10 vouchers for some resto at Greenbelt, 2 of them had the same code. What a brouhaha.
Then, I purchased 10 vouchers for Marciano, my favorite restaurant. All 10 of them where nowhere to be found in the merchants masterlist. You can’t imagine the embarassment I felt because I had brought my whole family and was even recomming CashCashPinoy to everyone, right now I feel just so ashamed because we had to then pay full price.
I heard they have recently troubles with lay offs, merchants being paid late and whatnot. It’s sad, they used to be my favorite group buying website but nowadays I just buy from the others.

It is only cashcashpinoy who failed miserably. They have yet to deliver my ordered units and its been 2 months. Now they have to resort to faking favorable reviews. I occasionally check deal sites and when I do, I only check Deal Grocer and CCP cause of the interface. I’ve only bought 2 deals from CCP na products, and it was the Spalding watch and yung Discovery books. I didn’t encounter any problem with them and inaassist pa ako sa counter when I picked up the watch. Sila pa ang nagadjust. haha.
I’ve been hearing of a lot of group buying delivery delays on products, pero yung sa ccp, parang yung LED lang yung problem na narihing out of the many products they have. Kasi, with me, wala naman akong bad experience, i just hear the bad buzz. Nadeliver naman yung books naidorder ko para sa pamangkin ko on the 3rd day so, ako go parin sa CCP. Sila naman yung may best deals parin I think.
No system is perfect. I am sure every group-buying site had their own share of issues. Cut them some slack. I’m sure they’re already working to find a solution. I know because I received my Samurai umbrella way ahead of schedule
With my husband, we already bought a lot of their deals. Each time, everything was good. But for Christmas, we ordered 2 cute portable fans with Led light. They were really late, and we were really upset. My husband mailed them, and they finally explained to us that the merchant didn’t have stock anymore, and they were sorry. I was really upset because i was planning to offer the fans! We requested a refund. They said that refund in credits would take only 3 days, so we asked credits. 3 days laters, it was on our account! When people refund you if there is a problem, that’s n ot what i call a scam. I got my money back, so for me and my husband, these are serious people, and we will buy again some of their deals.

Same here. I purchased the XOXO watch last Nov 30 and delivery should have started last Dec 2. This was supposed to be a christmas gift, and since I have not received the item until now, it’s useless! I received an email from them last Monday informing me that I have to pay another 150 coz I did not indicate my delivery details when I purchased the item which I could have already been notified about if they were checking all the orders/purchases made on their site. I have been chasing this up with them since the delivery start date and their replies are inconsistent. Unfortunately they do not have a phone number either unlike other deal sites. This is very frustrating…

I bought several deals from cashcashpinoy, 2 vouchers of dusit thani buffet and 12 vouchers of qweezer shirts, and 2 vouchers of poi, ccp and dealgrocer is the only trusted group buying site that I know. Payment is also hassle free because you can pay through 7-eleven. So far I did not have any bad experience with their service so i’ll give them 5 stars.
I have previously bought some deals from CashCashPinoy. I’ve read some negative comments, but what to do? their deals are just so Great! that is why despite those reviews, i still bought from them. and i got my Belle de Jour planner on the first day of delivery! and i love the planner…it’s so Kikay!

I hope you can still say that if you were in my shoes (or to the others complaining not only from this site). Its still cashcashpinoy’s fault. Blocking those who paid and ordered in good standing from their fb account? Not honoring paid vouchers? Not delivering the goods bought? Definitely their fault. If they do not want bad publicity at all, they should have honored those who have bought and paid and have been waiting for their items. If you want to advertise their site here, fine. but we hope our complaints will still be aired. Good for you, all your deals are good.

You have the right to air your frustrations, just as I have the right to share my good experiences. I’m not sure what CashCash has to say about your issues but I also would like to share to those who haven’t tried buying from CashCash or to those who are now hesitant to try out their service because of reading bad reviews that it doesn’t happen all the time. I myself sometimes rely on online reviews, not trying out an item due to bad review but with regrets in the end.

I have not received any units even though I have paid for it (November 9, 2011) and have the bank transactions, proper identification and vouchers. They have stated in their last email dated December 22, 2011 acknowledging that they have server upgrade, but it has been almost a month since this information has been cascaded and up to now, cashcashpinoy has not acknowledged my follow up emails nor have informed me of the new courier company. They have also yet to email me the delivery tracking numbers i have been requesting all this time for me to be able to track/check as to where on earth they have delivered (if there really was a delivery or a customer service team/ new courier company) my two ordered units. As per numerous forums in other sites, cashcashpinoy has been doing a lot of these transactions but up to now are not fulfilling their end of the business after payment has been made. I guess I am one of the victims as well. They have also blocked me from their facebook account so I cannot make a follow up there. A lot of people have been blocked/ messages are deleted instantly as i cannot see the people posting their complaints. A report to Department of Trade and Industry has been made regarding this issue.

My wife and I are very disappointed with Cashcashpinoy. We purchased last November 2011 the Smart Bro Wimax for P799 and when we tried to claim it at Smart Center-SM Pampanga, they did not honor our voucher. Since December, we contact CCP but they haven’t done anything yet. Their last correspondence with us is last january 1 and until now they haven’t given us any update on what action they are going to do. To think this is our first time transacting with them, it’s really a terrible experience that my wife decided not to deal with any online purchases.
I’m writing this to warn others to be extra carefull eventhough companies like cashcashpinoy are getting good ratings. You might not know, they are just paying people to put good ratings for them.
After two months of contacting CCP and giving up already, last Feb 14 the store manager of Smart Center – SM Pampanga suddenly called us asking if we have receive our SMART Bro Wi-Max Kit purchased from CCP. Of course we answered no, he then apologized and promised that we will get our device. True enough we got our Smart Bro Wi-max last Feb 18.
Though we are thankfull we got what we paid for , thinking about the trouble and frustrations we had to go through we will definitely not repeat the experience. I’m not sure about the reason why we were declined the first time when we tried to claim it last Nov. 2011 whether it’s a communication breakdown between Smart and CCP or soemthing else , in my opinion customers like us shouldn’t go through this terrible experience just getting what we paid for. Next time when buying something online, make sure that there is an easy way to contact the seller and if they are legit.
i too am a victim of cash cash pinoy. i ordered the LED christmas lights and after a week of following up regarding the delivery, they said that the merchant ran out of stock. i gave them my banking details regarding the refund but as of today, their “accounting dept” is still processing the refund. it’s been over a month already. they suck big time!

Big fan here of all group buying sites. Looking for discounts was never this easy. It only gets better since there is this brewing competition from across these company brands.
As a consumer, I never experienced any hassle dealing with CCP. This is the first site I check when looking for deals, which I admit, is very unhealthy for my wallet.
Got the chance of dealing with kuponan, metrodeal and the rest. No hassle as well, just a slight delay of delivery, which is fine as long as my item arrives. I am saying this because I know how murky doing business on the internet before.
Just my 2cents, if you are to buy something specific to your standard (size, color, date of delivery, etc.) then go to the mall. Aside from the courier and the merchant messing things up, this is still the internet y’all!
Cashcashpinoy is testing my patience. I also ordered for the portable fan with LED lights which was supposedly bought as a Christmas present. Paid for it on November 8 and was scheduled for delivery on November 26 onwards. After not receiving any updates, wrote the customer service and they replied that it’s already been forwarded to their courier service. they could not estimate the exact date of delivery but they assured that it will be delivered. Christmas and New Year came, still no delivery from them. I contacted their customer service again and they said that they are sorry that they ran out of stocks and asked for my bank account details for the refund. Now it’s been almost a month since they promised for the refund but everytime I email them, they reply with the generic statement “the accounting dept is currently processing it.” Since I paid thru paypal, it should have been easier for them to issue refund. The amount may only be P420 but I’m rather donate it to Sendong victims than give it to an online company ran by scumbags.

After so many follow ups, We received email “sorry our merchant partner RUN out the stocks!! Then promise to refund the MONEY and they will give us additional 200point plus 2oo every time that we purchase..
Until now no refund, and the PROMISE 200plus is not possible pala!!!

same sentiments here! purchased something from cashcashpinoy last dec, the item should have been delivered by jan. 13, 2012 but until now, i haven’t received it. i already sent an email several times, i sent a message to their twitter account, i post comments on pics that they upload in their fb account…but still no word from cashcashpinoy. last friday, i was blocked from their fb account after another fb user commented “omg” to my comment. instead of doing something regarding my complaint, they just blocked me so other users won’t be warned of their scam. they even had the guts to like the comment “omg” which was supposed to be a reaction to my complaint, of course it’ll look like the fb user was referring to their promo since they already deleted my comment. so DISAPPOINTING!!! don’t get me wrong here, i too have purchased several deals from them but when it comes to delivery, they s*ck big time! and they still keep offering FREE DELIVERY NATIONWIDE when in fact they have a lot of unfulfilled deliveries.
I’m a regular at these voucher sites. I’ve never experienced any problems with ccp, metrodeal and ensogo. I didn’t like deal grocer because they don’t bill in pesos so my actual credit card charge was higher than the advertised price. My 2 cents… I think we should all remember that we are responsible for our own purchase. Make sure you submit the required info like the delivery address, read the fine print as to how many you can redeem, etc, and call the merchant ahead of time as to not find yourself in an eembarrassing situation. I assumed that Xmas season will be crazy and i didn’t buy anything time sensitive. Sometimes it’s not their fault but the merchant’s. And if you rant in a rude manner on fb, well, I suppose it’s not surprising that you’d get blocked.

Beware of CashCashPinoy, they sell fake items. It’s really scary, after all the negative things I have read and heard about CashCashPinoy, it really seems that they sell fraud items. What a scam!

I recently bought a voucher for a Kenneth Cole oversized watch.. i carefully read the fine print and payment went well without any hassle.. expected delivery date is by fourth week of April.. i just hope everything runs smoothly and i’ll get the product on time. I finally got my watch!!!
i received the package last May 15. technically it was delayed by about two weeks. It kept me hanging true but when the package arrived im glad that it was in mint condition and all the anxiety caused by waiting quickly dissapeared. Maybe we just have to accept the fact that “free delivery” items aren’t hassle-proof and are prone to delay, etc. I’ll just make it a sure next time to just pick up the item to be sure. Nag order din ako ng merchandise from CCP last March. Delivery is from April 12-20. I already sent follow up emails to them. The first one indicated my delivery address and assured me that it will be delivered on the said time frame. 1 week na, wala pa din yung item. I indicated on one of my emails to them na kung hindi made-deliver, I’ll just pick it up sa office nila since malapit lang office ko dun, pero yun nga in-assure nila na made-deliver yung item. After reading all these reviews I am seriously reconsidering paying for the Paris vacation they have advertized. Kung maliit lang na amount sana ok lang try but the vouchers cost 58,888 each and i have ordered 2 vouchers.I have until tomorrow to think it through…..
Horrible experience with CCP. I bought an item from them last March. The day after, i received a call from a CCP representative informing me that my credit card (w/c) I used in the purchase was allegedly hacked and 2 purchases were made using it. They sent me the details (time and purchases made- around 10K) and I was beyond freaked out. They willingly offered to give me a refund and that made me doubtful. I mean there are customers filing complaints/waiting for a refund for a long time and now this… just as quick as that, they will give it back to me. I immediately called my bank to verify this issue. Fortunately, the fraudulent purchases did not push through and she had my account froze immediately. Also, she informed me that my card must have been exposed in their site since I have no previous transactions whatsoever using that card.. This is very alarming and it made me very hesitant on making online purchases. TRAUMA!! and oh, up to this date I haven’t received the item I purchased…
good thing I read this before placing an order with CCP. I noticed that their payment page wherein you have to enter your cc details is not a secured page. so I was hesitant to enter mine. :s
I have been a very satisfied customer of CCP when i started few Diamond peels, body products, etc vouchers Until i ordered AB Rocket worth 1,300 & Korean Wallet worth 250 Sabi nila , delivery is sometime around end of march, KALAGITNAAN NA NG MAY WALA PA RIN MGA ORDERS KO.

I have bought Philips PD-7000 from cashcashpinoy last May 15, 2012 and the mode of delivery is for pick up at their office at Cashcashpinoy-8th Flr, Lepanto Building, Paseo de Roxas, Salcedo Village, Makati City MM. Since my place is quite far from their office I made an arrangement with their support team if they can deliver it directly at my home in the visayas, region 6. First they reply its only for pick-up. So i reply to them to have let somebody in my behalf to claim the said item thru an authority together with the supporting documents they required. Then , i received an email again from them that they will facilitate shipment but i have to shoulder the courier charge of 200.00php. Such payment will be deposited at the moonline inc account at bdo. They also requested to send to them my mailing details and the scanned copy of the deposit slip as proof of payment for the courier. Then the next day, i ask them thru an e-mail asking if they have received the courier fee i sent to them and asking for the tracking no. of the courier. But no reply yet from the support team as of date. I will wait until friday if they will delivered the item as they promised.. I hope these bad experiences posted would not happen to me as an e-buyer..Just incase of default of delivery from the company i hope my paypal will resolve the case for the refund of my payment…My advise to e-buyers.. Be aware of the background of the company and always read for feedbacks from their previous customers before entering a transaction with them to avoid related problems in the future.

I have received my credit card statement from Metrobank and seen same transaction charged twice on this credit card # xxxx xxxx xxxx xxxx worth P 4,998.00 each. Last May 2, I have attempted to buy the deal using my Metrobank credit card but two consecutive attempts failed as the system mentioned that payment cannot be verified and no confirmation either has been received in my email nor voucher posted on my account on the same date and time. On my 3rd attempt on May 2, 2012 (same day) I have used another card which is my Citibank Card and it went successfully and has already been charged and paid last May. Confirmation has been received on the same day stating the vouchers numbers which I have used in my reservation at Chateau Royale. Please see items highlighted in yellow the date and voucher number which I also confirmed as valid transaction as per attached email and credit card used for this valid transaction is my Citibank card.
I’m attaching the email correspondence I had with your customer service support and nothing has been mentioned that they’re verifying for 6 vouchers as I originally bought for 2 vouchers (CCPV-050211054014005422931 & CCPV-050211054014005422932) only last May 2, 2012 and vouchers numbers are noted bluntly on the subject of the email exchanges .
When I tried investigating the possible reason for charging my Metrobank credit card for the same additional transaction twice (equivalent to 4 vouchers) as per May 25, 2012 statement, it came to my attention that you have sent confirmation last May 15, 2012 twice for 4 different vouchers without any verification/ confirmation from me if these were valid. I never purchase any additional vouchers last May 15 and reiterate that last May 2, 2012 though I attempted to use my Metrobank card and it failed for 2 consecutive attempts due to error flagged by your website and only the 3rd attempt using Citibank card went successfully.
I’m disputing these two charges totaling to Php 9,996.00 as these are voided transaction due to your website error that payment has never been authorized and what I have confirmed in my email correspondence to your CSR is for the vouchers CCPV-050211054014005422931 & CCPV-050211054014005422932. I have copied the email address of DTI for their assistance as well and if no appropriate actions will be taken I’m going to file a case to your company as this is causing a lot of inconvenience to me.

I wanted to know who authorized the payment of the four vouchers last May 15, 2012. As I have stated I only verified for the two vouchers only which are CCPV-050211054014005422931 & CCPV-050211054014005422932 and even on the requirements that I have passed I have presented the credit card used and shown there is a transaction from your company worth P 4,998.00 (see attached). You need to void the two transactions charged against my Metrobank credit card as these will fall due on June 15. I know that you can trace it in your system that these were failed purchases last May 2 and your CSR have used my confirmation for the mentioned vouchers above in order to proceed with the last four vouchers without even flagging to my concern that there has been another 4 vouchers that you wanted to confirm. I want a resolution today.
Please advise, otherwise we’ll go to your office personally with my legal advisor.

I purchased a Spalding 068 yellow watch and was delivered to my house on June 8, 2012 (Friday). But when my sister opened the package for me, as I was still in the office at that time, she noticed that the tip of the rubber strap that holds the metal fastener was broken, with that there’s no way you can use the watch anymore. So I spent on a defective product! Upon arriving home at night, I immediately sent a report to Cash Cash Pinoy about my purchase but since it was Friday night I didn’t get a reply immediately. They replied to my complaint on Mon, June 11, 2012 saying that hey will look into it. It has been more than a week but I have’t heard anything from them.
Will my faulty, defective and broken purchase not be replaced anymore? Please contact me as soon as you can. Thank you!
On Wednesday, June 20, I purchased three vouchers from their Browhaus deal and after successfully confirming the transaction in their website, no vouchers were sent to me.
Is it important to note that the night before, I also purchased vouchers from two other CashCashPinoy deals and I experienced no problem at all, the vouchers were immediately sent to me.
For this Browhaus purchase, CashCashPinoy is suddenly asking for verification from my end. (Scanned copy of credit card, billing statement, etc.) I don’t see the point in this, because in the first place, it is the bank’s (credit card provider) responsibility to ask for verification from the credit card user and not the merchant’s. We already provide verification when making the purchase. Secondly, this is the first time that they’re asking for my account details before sending me the vouchers for a successfully confirmed transaction online. Not to mention, they are asking me to send this information to them via email, how secure is that??
After two emails from me and after sending them a screenshot of my online credit card statement showing that the purchase was already charged to my account, I still haven’t heard from them and no Browhaus vouchers were sent. And this is what irks me the most, they don’t even talk to you, much more try to appease you.
CASHCASHPINOY is FRUSTRATING and UNRELIABLE. They don’t even care if the customer is already mad for paying for something and yet not receiving it in return. They don’t have a sense of urgency in attending to the concerns of their customers, and don’t have the courtesy to update or reply.
I regret having purchased from them and will always put this to mind if I even consider purchasing from them in the future. Meanwhile, I will exhaust all legal means just so I get what I paid for.
I don’t believe that all the savings we get from buying from this deal website is worthy of all the hassle and painstaking effort we take to correspond with them regarding their faulty system. I hope this serves as a lesson to all future buyers.

I never pay online on any site using my credit card I think its not safe. Its also a hassle to pay thru banks. So I was sooo happy when I learned Cash Cash Pinoy offers 7-11 payment. It was so EASY paying via 7-11.. 7-11 is just beside our condo and it took me like 3 minutes to pay and since its computerized, I received the vouchers (Tokyo Cafe) on my email immediately. I am giving them 4.5 stars for getting 7-11 connect, the other sites do not have it.
CashCash Pinoy is only good mostly for restaurant vouchers, but not on items that needs to be delivered. They delivered fake or copy version of what it is posted in their website. My experience with them is I bought two sets of “The Amazing Pocket Chair”, but when the item arrive, I immediately tested it but unfortunately the chair are not working because the straps at the sides are too short for the lock at the bottom of the chair to be able to meet and locked. One thing I notice is the picture of the chair at the box is different from what I got. I contacted them via email and their support group from Cebu replied to me (I ordered in Manila)saying that I should bring the defective chair to their manila office and their supplier will look at it. I told them that they should send their supplier to my place instead. But they insist on me to go to their office.
My question is: Why would I be the one who should be going to their office when they are the one who delivered a defective item? I paid them the right price, they should deliver the right item.
Now I am asking our company lawyers for advice on what right actions should I do.
Guys meron pa ba kayong ibang number ng cash cash pinoy. i tried to call 9030300 pro walang sumasagot. i purchase 2 Ana-Digital Watch last April 24. pro isa lang ang nadeliver nila.pumunta ako sa office nila last june 21 sabi nila na report na daw nila problem ko sa merchant and on delivery na daw.pro up to now wala pa din yung watch. Meron pa akong hinihintay na item MP3 Sunglasses, purchase june 2, last delivery date daw is July 13 but still dipa din na ddliver ang item. I made a purchase today for 2 vouchers. I used my credit card to make the purchase, and did it about 630AM.
I know the purchase was completed because it went thru the verified by visa page and then after it went to a page which thanked me for my purchase. There was no reference number provided, and it merely stated that the vouchers would be sent via email or I can check My Account in the Cash Cash Pinoy website.
Well, I checked my email and I checked my account in Cash Cash Pinoy but I do not see the vouchers!
This is the first time I am making a purchase with a deal/voucher website and the first time I made a purchase thru Cash Cash Pinoy. Then this happens.
I emailed them several times during the past 3 hours but no response or acknowledgement at all. Does anyone have a contact number I can call?
